This Policy covers all paid services provided by Wealth Munshi (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website wealthmunshi.com, mobile app, and related advisory tools (collectively, “Services”). By enrolling or paying for our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 Consultancy Services
All fees paid for advisory, consultancy, portfolio recommendations, goal planning, or financial strategy services are non‑refundable except in case of death, before the commencement of services.
2. Cancellation Terms
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. For consultancy or subscription services, cancellation takes effect immediately, but no refund will be provided for any prepaid service already rendered or for the current cycle’s unused portion
3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with any disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
